A personal view of children's funny papers

So this is an oddity - from December 1973 this near-A3 sized 12 page publication was published to tie-in with a Scottish Arts council exhibition. 

There's an 8 page insert of a copy of 'Chips' (#2523, dated January 14th 1939) - wrapped around this is a 4 page 'section' which has the front cover, introductory essay and then 2 pages on a guide to the 26 exhibits in the exhibition. So not a very big exhibition I'm guessing.

The introductory essay is by Patrick Murray (at the time the Director of the Museum of Childhood, Edinburgh).
