Shany Kane draws Street Sharks?

A query for the hive mind...is this cover of Street Sharks #2 drawn by Shaky Kane? Whaddya think?

I'd seen the cover before but only recently acquired a copy and suddenly the thought that Shaky Kane had been involved crossed my mind. The red button at the bottom of the image looks very Shaky to me!
