There is a Guinness calendar in 1978 which Giles did all the cartoons for.

ReplyDeleteHe also contributed to the Daily Express 1951 Calendar' by Various Contributors (Paperback, Beaverbrook Newspapers Ltd, 1950) - cartoons for January 1951 and July 1951, and a self portrait and short biography of Giles at the back.
ReplyDeleteThe next one he contributed to was his own! 'Calendar for 94' by Carl Giles (Calendar, Express Newspapers plc, 1993) which contained 21 cartoons - 1 page per month, 1-4 cartoons per month. This was followed the next year by 'Giles 1995 Calendar' by Carl Giles (Calendar, Express Newspapers plc, 1994) which had 12 cartoons, q per month.
He also did some dairies:
