Here's a recent sale (for £67.50) of  from ace ebayer phil-comics (here). It was described thus...

Edited, compiled and published by Brian Boyle, London, in April 1964, this book contains a wealth of information on the contributors of boys papers published by the Amalgamated Press, such as Boys' Friend Library, Boys' Own Paper, Detective Weekly, Sexton Blake Library, Schoolboys' Own Library, Union Jack and many others.
Thin card covers and 100 pages inside of purely text (no pictures). Odd crease and light mark to the covers. Two original staples present.
