Somehow (!) 'Muncher - the lots of fun with Wimpy' comic had escaped my eagle eye until now. Denis Gifford records 3 issues in his 'Complete catalogue of British comics'. One in 1978, one in 1979 and one in 1981.
Now updated with these 5 images of issue #1 of Muncher (which Denis Gifford records as being published in 1978). Art by Graham Allen.
I'm unclear precisely which issue this is. I do know that it's not the one featured in image 483 in Denis's book.
