Warhammer monthly comic - issue 41-50, cover artists guide

I never read Warhammer monthly back in the day and have only started picking it up in recent years - it's packed full of well-known (2000AD) creators and plenty of other not so well-known names. 

Anyway, a covers gallery is a good a way as any to act as an introduction to a comic so over the next few weeks I'll show you what the issues all look like.

Trigan Empire reprints from the Treasury of British comics

To mark the recent publication of the first volume of Rebellion's reprints of 'The Trigan Empire' I just wanted to capture (for future reference) all the versions that are available..

Two rare pages from Brett Ewins' punk fanzine Trickey House, 1977. featuring Johnny Rotten and Human Ken.

This is an alternative colour xerox mix of the cover to Vertigo's SHADE #12 1991. Most of the covers were shot off A3 xeroxes. Signed.

Shade #11 Vertigo covers, alternative mixes. Most of the covers were shot off xerox copies (talkin' pre-digital here). These two prints are signed , slightly smaller than A3.

Dan Dare auction lots at Vectis announced

Vectis auctions (here) have just announced that part of an upcoming sale (the Chris Freeman Meccano & vintage toy colelction) will feature a large selection of Dan Dare & Eagle collectables from the 1950s.

There's a youtube video here and I've taken some screenshots (below) - there look like a lot of rare items in the sale and a lot of items that are in great condition. 

The sale is on Thursday 23rd April 2020.

Catalogues are typically 2 weeks before the sale so at this stage we just have the video to look at / drool over....
