UPDATED: Gargoyles - Titan Magazines (1996 - 1997)
Gargoyles was actually published under the Titan Magazines imprint, from 1996 to 1997, running for at least seven issues, reprinting material first published by Marvel Comics, whose series based on the Disney animation ran for 11 issues from December 1994 to October 1995.
The Titan covers utilised promotional art supplied by the licensor. It would appear only seven issues were published, although an eighth was trailed; and solicitations were made for further issues.
Here's my covers gallery. As ever, there are a few gaps, so if you can help out do let me know.
Gargoyles No. 1 came With Free Gift of cardboard cutout Collector Figures and reprinted "Rude Awakening" by Martin Pasko, with art by Amanda Conner (breakdowns) and Alberto Saichann (Finishes), Greg Wright (Colour), John Costanza (Letters). Edited by Hildy Mesnik
In addition to the strip, this issue included a centrespread "Meet the Gargoyles" feature and a puzzle page.
Gargoyles Issue 2 - Titan Magazines, December 1996
Gargoyles No. 2 came With Free Gift of cardboard cutout Collector Figures and reprinted "Always Darkest Before the Dawn" by Martin Pasko, pencilled by Amanda Conner, inked by Alberto Saichann (Pages 1 - 11) and the Palmiotti Bros (Pages 12 - 22); coloured by Greg Wright, lettered by John Costanza. Edited by Hildy Mesnik
The centre spread features "Lexinton's Little Theatre" to use as a backdrop for your Gargoyles figures, and readers were challenged to send in their Diorama photos. The issue also included a puzzle page and letters column.
Here's an advert for issue #2, from the pages of Jonny Quest - The Real Adventures- issue 2)...

Gargoyles Issue 8 - Titan Magazines, June 1997
Image not to hand - can you help?
This issue was trailed in Issue 7, advertised as being on sale from 20th May 1997, with readers asked "Is it Live or is it VR-X?"
Gargoyles Issue 9 - Titan Magazines, July 1997

Gargoyles Issue 10, Titan Magazines, August 1997
Image not to hand - can you help?
We note that issue #82 (June 1997) of Comics International lists issue #10 in the 'Advance listings' section but in issue #83 (July 1997) Gargoyles is listed as cancelled. We're therefore assuming it could run until issue 10 but, of course, just because a title has been solicited doesn't mean it's been printed.
A trade paperback reprinting issue 1 - 4 of the Marvel US series was also published by Titan.
