Matchspeak - the Matchbox comic

I was never a big Matchbox toys collector as a kid but until the other day I never realised that there was a Matchox comic! Just waiting for this to arrive but this looks like it might be from some sort of Matchbox collectors club?!? If you know anything more about this then just let me know
