A recent spot on ebay (sold through the excellent phil-comics - check out there shop right here) is this self-portrait of 'Black Bob the wonder dog' artist Jack Prout. 'Bob' ran in The Dandy for many years and had a series of annuals produced. I've never read any of the annuals but the artwork has always been very appealing. So here's to you Jack, thanks!
