'Form' comic - general election 1959

Here's a topical comic for us all...it's from the 1959 general election campaign and was produced by the Conservative party - who seem to be charging for an election leaflet!

Would love to know more about this. It's listed in Denis Gifford's 'Complete catalogue of British comics' (b+w image #507, on page 111) and he notes 12 pages. So there might be some decent illustrations in there.
