This a new one on me, it's (short-lived?) environmental themed humour comic Greenbug. Produced in 1991 by London Editions. Were there further issues?

Only 3 published Richard, think they were exclsuive to Tesco stores. I believe John Geering (Bananaman) is the artist, he did some strips from Marvel's Bog Paper and It's Wicked too
