Denis McLoughlin was, as the book title below suggests, The master of light & shade, - famed for his noir book covers and, also, an accomplished (and prolific) comic artist. Unlike most comic artists there are publications devoted to his work. I've only come across the book below recently and it's prompted me to look at what other books are there out to collect.
