And now thanks to ebay seller Lofthouse Emporium (here) it's come to my attention that there was also a 'collected' set of books also produced. It's not a single volume instead it's more of a folder into which each of the volumes could easily slip. Nice! And also rare! Good luck tracking down one of these
This has appeared online, around four or five occassions since maybe 2008. (With the outer folder which may be quite limited), Maxwell the Magic Cat had 4 volumes in large paperbacks for each with Moore cartoon strips, and a few other artists art pieces [Cefn Ridout - editor for ACME versions]
