rare Warhammer monthly issues

I've been collecting Warhammer monthly as the last great boys comics from the 1990s and there are a few 'one-off' issues - so I thought I'd highlight these issues in case they're missing from your collection...

From September 1999 (so after the comics has been running for about 18 months) - the twist here is that even though it's only 12 pages long, compared to 36 pages in the usual comic, it's in full colour.

Specifically you get a full colour art by David Pugh...the strip isn't reprinted in any of the 'normal' comics.
Pencils by David Pugh, colours by Bob Wakelin.

This is the issue zero (dated February 1998) and mainly contains one page teaser strips plus one longer strip - "The bridge" (art by Simon Coleby and script by Dan Abnett). This strip would eventually be reprinted in issue #61 (November 2002).

It also features this 3-page strip, The summoning, art by Simon Davis and script by Andy Jones. This strip would eventually be reprinted in issue #3 (May-1998).

The rarest Warhammer monthly is probably this one...a special Comics 2001 ashcan - the strip ('Nemo') featuring Kal Jerico was originally published in Warhammer monthly #8 (October 1998).

Here it is compared to a 'normal' issue so that you can see how much smaller it is than one of those issues.
